KOEVR's role
KOEVR evaluates real estate opportunities for its own account. KOEVR is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent property owners or buyers as their agent. KOEVR may buy property directly, enter a purchase agreement or option, or transfer a contractual interest when the agreement and applicable law allow it.
Using this website
Browsing the site, submitting a form, or sending an email does not create an agency relationship, purchase contract, option, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to transact. If a transaction moves forward, the signed transaction documents control.
Transaction disclosures
Some transactions require separate written disclosures before a binding agreement or transfer. KOEVR intends to provide those disclosures in the transaction process rather than rely on website boilerplate.
